Mercure Manchester Piccadilly secured the prestigious Platinum Accreditation following strong performance in both Mystery Shopping and Event Planner Feedback. The hotel was also awarded Gold Standard Mystery Shopping accreditation, alongside Aimbridge EMEA’s Scotland Hub, North Hub, Novotel Leicester and Holiday Inn Southend.

In the Highly Commended category, Aimbridge’s Eastside Rooms in Birmingham was recognised for its strong performance. Meanwhile, the South Hub, Midland Hub and Marriott Ghent hotel were each awarded Commended accreditation.

Within the Event Planner Feedback categories, both Eastside Rooms and Mercure Manchester Piccadilly achieved Gold Standard, reflecting outstanding feedback from clients booking and planning events at the venues.

Jemma Hussain, Director of Commercial at Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, said: “These results are a real reflection of the consistency, care and commitment our teams bring to every enquiry and every event they host.

“What makes VenueVerdict recognition so meaningful is that it’s based entirely on real customer feedback and performance data. To see so many of our hotels and hubs recognised at this level is something we’re incredibly proud of, setting a strong continued benchmark for us to keep building on.”

VenueVerdict is an independent customer experience benchmarking programme by Ipsos, which uses data, feedback and mystery shopping to recognise market-leading venues.
