Jill has worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a GM.
I joined Aimbridge in October 2014 after being in the hotel industry for 32 years and only working in full service hotels. I have been a General Manager for 17 years and joining Staybridge Suites was a new experience as it is a long stay proposition within the IHG brand and the first one for Interstate.
Aimbridge are a strong management company which promotes development and rewards hard work. Working for a management company is very different to working direct with a company and I have added to my skill set in regards to owner requirements and relationships.
