Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA has been named the new management company for Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel and Spa.
The third-party hotel operator will provide management services for the 83-guest room property and support its investment strategy.
The hotel is located in the heart of the popular seaside town, just an eight-minute walk from Bournemouth Beach and Pier. It is only seven miles from Bournemouth Airport and is also easily accessible from London, Southampton, Bristol and Oxford.
The property houses five function suites with a maximum capacity of 200 delegates, as well as a premium dining restaurant and lounge bar. Additionally, its extensive leisure facilities include two indoor swimming pools, sauna and steam facilities, an aromatherapy cave, jacuzzi and spa pool.
David Anderson, President – Aimbridge EMEA, said: “Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel and Spa is a prominent hotel in one of the UK’s most well-known seaside destinations, so I’m thrilled to welcome the property to our portfolio.
“Guests are increasingly looking for getaways where they can switch off and recharge, so with its extensive leisure facilities and its location near the beach, the hotel provides a great destination for travellers.
“Plus, its meeting and events facilities, as well as its close proximity to other cities and Bournemouth Airport, also makes it a fantastic location for corporate business bookings and functions, too.
“We’re looking forward to putting our hotel management expertise into action by drawing on both Aimbridge Hospitality’s global insights and tools, as well as our team’s wealth of on-the-ground operational experience here in the UK market.”
