Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA has signed the hotel management agreement for the highly anticipated Wyndham Grand Borjomi, a landmark hospitality and branded residences development scheduled to open in 2028.

Owned by NCD Investment LLC and UPCO LLC, the project marks Aimbridge EMEA’s third managed property in Georgia. The development will be located in the mountainous Likani Forest within the Borjomi district, a destination renowned for its mineral springs, national park, and the historic Romanov Palace positioning the property as a premium nature-led resort destination.

Upon completion, the development will feature a 100-room Wyndham Grand hotel alongside 430 Wyndham Grand Residences, combining upper upscale hospitality with branded residential living. Guests and residents will benefit from extensive amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a spa and wellness centre, gym, restaurants and dining venues, rooftop bar, and dedicated meeting and event spaces.

The signing follows Aimbridge EMEA’s hotel management agreement with the upper upscale all-inclusive Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio complex and the Alliance Palace Aparthotel, also in Batumi, Georgia, further strengthening the company’s growing footprint in the country.
