
Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA launches talent development framework

Hotel management company Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA has introduced a new talent development framework to provide diverse learning and growth opportunities for its team members.
The Leadership Development Framework encompasses three key programs: Exec, Amplify and Aspire.
The Amplify program, launched earlier this year, has already welcomed 55 participants, with 41 percent being General Managers. Aimbridge plans to roll out the Aspire and Exec programs in the coming quarters.

‘Amplify’ is a six-month programme aimed at senior managers and high-potential managers, with optional external professional mentoring.
‘Aspire’ is suite of learning modules targeted at individual contributors and first-time managers, focused on developing Aimbridge’s future leaders, set to be launched in quarter three.
And ‘Exec’, designed to future-proof Aimbridge’s executives, aims to launch in quarter four.
