Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA has announced its entry into Georgia with the signing of the management agreement for the Alliance Palace Aparthotel owned by Alliance Group, one of the largest developers in Georgia.

The Alliance Palace Aparthotel forms part of a 41-storey multifunctional complex located in Georgia’s second largest city, Batumi, on the shores of the Black Sea, offering views over the coast, Batumi Old Town, and the Caucasus Mountains.

The Eastern European region plays a critical role in helping Aimbridge accelerate growth across Europe. The move signals Aimbridge’s first steps into the country and coincides with the creation of its new Eastern European office located in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Alliance Palace houses three types of apartments, with studios of 32 sqm, one-bedroom apartments of 45 sqm, and family apartments of 66 sqm, each offering air conditioning and fully equipped kitchenettes. Every room also has its own balcony to enjoy the views.

The property boasts an all-day dining restaurant operated by Georgian celebrated chef Guram Bagdoshvili, serving local specialties, international dishes, and Asian and Asian Fusion cuisine.

Guest amenities on-site include business, administrative and wellness facilities.
