This will be the second property that Aimbridge EMEA and Borealis Hotel Group have partnered on in less than a month.

Located close to Antwerp city centre in Belgium, the aparthotel – which is under construction and due to open in early summer – will be Aimbridge EMEA’s sixth managed property in Belgium.

The eight-storey new-build will house studio apartments, suitable for both short and long stays, and each with a kitchen.

Guests will also have access to a communal bar area, a fitness room, a library, a marketplace and a laundry room.

In February, Borealis announced Aimbridge as the management company behind its new Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport Hotel.

The aparthotel is situated in Antwerp’s city center, next to the city park and about 15 minutes’ drive from the airport. Antwerp Zoo is ten minutes’ walk away, along with several shops, bars and restaurants.
