Over the past few years, Adreanna has progressed her career, starting as a Food & Beverage Team Member and now a Food & Beverage Manager.
I started at Crowne Plaza Leeds in 2012 as a part-time Food and Beverage Team Member. This is where my passion for hotels began. I love how two days are never the same and making a guest’s stay memorable is very important to me. My first promotion came after 12 months and my development has continued from there. I am the Food and Beverage Manager and currently temporary Interim Operations Manager for Crowne Plaza Leeds. I am very lucky that I have worked with some amazing leaders in my time here who have taught me a lot and been a real support. I am a mother to an 8 year old and a 2 year old and sometimes juggling them with hotel life can be a challenge, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. One of my greatest achievements was being nominated for IHG employee of the year out of a group of 65 hotels. I love my job and I am continuing to develop and further my knowledge. I can’t wait for the day I become a hotel General Manager!
