As part of an acquisition, Aimbridge was asked to manage the transition of a portfolio of 18 internationally branded hotels located in the UK.
Tasks:
- Assess the current operating structure and optimise both property and cluster-level service delivery and culture
- Critically analyse and refine revenue strategies to maximise income
- Assess and replace service agreements and other cost components in place to reduce operating costs
- Assist with the implementation of portfolio-wide capital expenditures to modernise and reposition hotels
